Ayres rocking horse, c.1886, with swivel head on safety stand, fully restored by Anthony Dew (early 1990s), now in carved wood painted in dapple grey with black/clear glass eyes, horsehair mane and tail, leather saddle with pommels, harness and stirrups, on heavy duty pine stand with baluster turned uprights, 51" x 61" x 20"
