A GEORGIAN MAHOGANY BUREAU BOOKCASE, mid 18th century, the moulded cornice over two mildly arched and fielded panelled doors enclosing adjustable shelving over four small drawers with candle slides below, the fallfront enclosing a curved serpentine gallery with secret drawers along the top and box drawers fronted as fluted pilasters, two short over three long drawers below with brass swan handles, on plinth, 48 1/4" w x 22" d x 85 1/2" h
