A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER MOUNTED LIQUEUR DECANTER AND STOPPER, maker Bertholdt Muller, London import marks 1896, the olive green Bohemian glass decanter of inverted baluster oblong section, the swept shoulders enamelled with daisies, supported in a lift off silver base pierced and repousse with pairs of putti seated beside rococo panels within diaper and scroll borders, the fixed quatrefoil lip repousse with a pair of kissing putti and musical trophies, the stopper cast as a drunken putto holding a goblet and bottle, 8 1/2" high, together with a similar set of four glass tots, the silver holders repousse with putti making wine, maker William Comyns, Birmingham 1889, 4ozs 2dwts total weighable silver (5) (Illustrated) (Est. plus 18% premium inc.
