A 21ST LANCER OFFICER'S LANCE CAP, the black leather skull with the upper portion of French Grey melton cloth, the left side with a gold bullion rosette embroidered with VRI Cypher supporting a gilt plume cup and white stitched swan feather plume, gilt cap plate mounted with silver Royal Coat of Arms, crossed lances and 21st Lancer cypher, leather peak and two gilt metal lion head bosses supporting a leather backed chin chain, in original cap box with name label and plume box, together with 21st Lancer gilt lines and a later wood stand (5) (Illustrated)
