A LATE GEORGE III SILVER PAIR CASED POCKET WATCH, the white enamel dial centrally painted in colours with a seated shepherdess and dog tending her sheep in a river landscape, with the name "ROB JEFFERIS" for numerals, the un-numbered verge movement with a bird and foliate pierced and engraved balance cock, engraved "Jn. Edgecombe, Bristol", in a plain case, the outer case with prickwork engraving, London probably 1810, together with a "Quiller Barber" watch paper, the reverse with inked inscription "Mr Robt.
